The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of Keta Business College (KETABUSCO) is the official representative body of students. It exists to promote the welfare and interests of students, foster unity and discipline, develop student leadership, and provide a channel of communication between students and the school administration.
The SRC General Assembly consists of prefects and class prefects and serves as the highest decision-making body of the SRC. It considers matters affecting students and makes appropriate recommendations to school management.
SRC elections are conducted in accordance with the SRC Constitution. The Senior Prefect automatically serves as SRC President, while the Vice President and other elected officers are determined according to the prescribed electoral arrangements.
SRC officers serve for one academic year, corresponding with the tenure of the prefects, unless removed earlier in accordance with the Constitution.
The SRC shall meet at least twice every term or as directed by the Patron. The SRC may also organize approved student forums and assemblies.
Standing committees may include Entertainment, Sports, Welfare, Disciplinary, and Project Committees to support the effective implementation of SRC activities.
